♥ 1. How to start my order and how to process my order ?
A-1) Please email us your inquiries, or chat with us on trade manager
2) Quotation will be sent to you based on your request
3) After order confirmed, Proforma Invoice will be sent to you
4) A photo of the sample will be sent to you for your confirmation before the shipment.
5) Products will be sent out after you finish the rest of the payment
♥ 2. What is the design format should I send to you ?
A - We prefer to receive vector-based electronic files in Adobe Illustrator, PDF, AI and EPS format. All artwork must be set up with clearly identified spot and all fonts must be converted to outlines.
♥ 3. What about the sample fee?
A- a. Sample in stock
The sample in stock can be sent to check the product quality for free, but the transport cost will be paid by customers.
b. Sample with customized logo
If the customer would like the sample with his/her customized logo on the artwork, the setup charge must be paid in advance.
♥ 4.How many days can I get my products ?
A - Normally within one week, it depends on which kind of the delivery express services you choose.
Following is the normal shipping time for your reference.
