Hi Celia, I am the Quality Supervisor at BGC Fibre Cement, Australia, and I would like to inquire regarding a vacuum coating line consisting of a pre-heater, a vacuum coating (spray function) machine, and a curing oven (IR or UV, whichever more suitable) in series. This is to process fibre cement planks at varying sizes. The planks that we intend to run through the coating line are generally in the following dimensions: Thickness: 7mm, 12mm, 14mm Width: 180mm, 200mm, 210mm, 300mm Length: Up to 4200mm. The coating that we will be spraying on is a formula of Viscopol, and the layer of coating to be around 25 microns thick.
