Baishun Xin Fan Classification:
Axial fan
The blade of an axial fan drives air to flow in the same direction as the axis. The impeller and impeller of an axial fan
The propeller is somewhat similar. When it works, most of the airflow is parallel to the axis, in other words, along the axis. Axial fan has the lowest power consumption when the inlet air flow is 0 static pressure free air, and the power consumption will increase with the increase of the back pressure of the air flow when it is running. Centrifugal fan
When the centrifugal fan is working, the blade drives the air to flow in the direction (i.e. radial) perpendicular to the axis.
The air intake is along the axis, while the air outlet is perpendicular to the axis. In most cases, the cooling effect can be achieved by using an axial-flow fan. However, sometimes centrifugal fans must be selected if the air flow needs to rotate 90 degrees to discharge or a larger pressure is required. Strictly speaking, fan also belongs to centrifugal fan.
Its characteristics: limited flow rate, high wind pressure
Mixed flow fan
Mixed flow fan is also called diagonal flow fan. At first glance, mixed flow fan and axial flow fan have nothing to do with it.
Similarly, in fact, the mixed-flow fan's intake air is along the axis, but the outlet air is along the diagonal direction of the axis and vertical axis. Because of the conical shape of the blade and cover, the fan has a higher pressure. Compared with the axial fan, the noise of the centrifugal fan is lower under the same size and other comparable performance.

The diameter of the barrel fan blade is relatively large. Because of the large diameter, the lower speed can be used on the basis of guaranteeing the overall air circulation, thus reducing the noise caused by high-speed operation.

The common bearings of cooling fan are ball bearing, oil bearing and magnetic bearing.
Ball bearing
Ball Bearing has changed the friction mode of bearings, using rolling friction. There are some steel balls or columns in the middle of the two iron rings and some grease lubrication. This method reduces the friction between bearing surfaces more effectively, improves the service life of fan bearings effectively, and consequently reduces the calorific value of the radiator and prolongs its service life. The disadvantage is that the process is more complex, which leads to higher cost and higher noise.
Oil bearing
Sleeve Bearing is a sleeve bearing with sliding friction. Lubricant is used as lubricant and drag reducing agent. It can be said that the most common bearing technology in the market, because of its low cost and simple manufacturing, many products including well-known brands are still in use. Its advantages are quiet in initial use, low noise and low price.
magnetic bearing
The motor of magnetic bearing is designed by magnetic system (MS), which uses magnetic force to suspend the rotor in the air so that there is no mechanical contact between the rotor and the stator. The principle is that the magnetic induction line is perpendicular to the magnetic levitation line, and the axis core is parallel to the magnetic levitation line. Therefore, the weight of the rotor is fixed on the running track, and the whole rotor is suspended on the fixed running track by using the almost unloaded axis core to support the anti-magnetic levitation line. Compared with traditional ball bearings and oil-bearing, magnetic bearings do not have mechanical contact. Rotors can run at high speed.
