TIIS (Tamanna International Inspection Service) is an independent inspection company ,specialized in providing inspection service and quality assurance service for Sweaters and all other apparel items in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Savar, Gazipur, Chittagong).
As a sweater/knitwear and apparel specialist, TIIS is able to undertake any kind of knitwear/apparel inspection work with our experienced inspection team. According to various kinds and different purpose, the INLINE and FINAL inspection will cover parts of the following items:
Check the quantity of products available.
Inspect the construction for conformance to technical parameters and specifications.
Check the sample for any defects or deviation from quality parameters.
Check the color shading for dyeing and / or printing.
Check the hand feel.
Sampling and defects calculation in accordance with buyer's standards.
Cut table width measurement.
Check the actual garment weight per unit.
Check the actual piece length and compared with labeled length.
Check the packing method, packing material such as inside paper tube, poly bag.
Check the availability of cargo and its condition before loading. Factory evaluation service.
Daily production follow up.
Supervision of loading or discharging to verify whether goods are in agreement with contract specifications regarding the quality and quantity.
After Inspection, You'll receive an expertise inspection report with digital images.
