Dear sirs, Hyde Stone LLC is engaged in selecting a supplier of equipment for the in-house production of two-layer paving tiles and curbstones using granite fractions in the front layer, as well as raw materials for production. The main equipment requirements are the ability to produce two-layer paving tiles in the volume of 500-1000 m, two-layer curbstones of 2000-3000 pieces, the ability to produce radial curbstones (see Appendix 1) and tactile tiles (see Appendix 2) per an 8-hour shift. The main objective of Hyde Stone LLC is the fabrication of products with a pronounced granite texture treated with decorative flushing of cement milk (see Appendix 3), as well as grinding-treated products (see Appendix 4). At the present time, Hyde Stone LLC has a number of commercial offers for the fabrication and supply of equipment. In order to obtain the most favorable conditions, please send us offers in respect of the product lines for the fabrication of the mentioned products and raw materials (see Appendix 5). In the offer, please specify production periods, payment and delivery conditions, the cost of installation and starting-up and adjustment works, personnel training, warranty conditions, terms of the warranty case, supply of spare parts, consumables and dies. If you offer other equipment, please indicate its advantage. If possible, please submit an offer for grinding equipment, for treatment of paving tiles to the state of samples (see Appendix 4), as well as for equipment for decorative flushing of cement milk and bead-blasting equipment. A commercial offer must be presented in the form of a table (see Appendix 5, 6).
