1. Mixing system characteristics of asphalt mixer plant
With double shaft double helix, long axis short arm, shallow structure.
The internal liner and vane using high wear-resistant alloy cast steel, with long service life.
The discharge door is equipped with electric or thermal oil heating to prevent bonding.
Large sliding door structure and quick discharging.
Two-way spiral blade and mix in three dimensional space
Mixing efficiency reached world-class level.
2. Mixing tower
It dosen't need anchor bolt. The special mounting base makes the installtion and disassemble quickly and easily.
Each platform with punching hole steel plate which is light and strong and can prevent dust accumulation.
The modular design makes the transportation more convenient.
The super hot aggregate storage bin is equipped with high and low material level meter.
The discharge door with eccentric design can effectively solve the door "jam".
Before ex-works delivery, all equipments are assembled and and commissioning in the factory.
Aggregate and filler batcher is installed in a sealed enclosure, which makes neat appearance and at the same time, effectively solve the dust spillover.
3. Drying drum
The drum body using heat boiler plate.
The internal blade also uses boiler plate and connects with bolt, with long service life and fast and convenient replacement.
Four-wheel friction drive, with smooth transmission, low noisenand long service life.
The drive reducer adopts hard tooth surface reductor, with large load capacity and impact resistance.
The specially designed "butterfly" elastic connection plate will be more uniformly forced after the drum heated expansion. It completely solved the elastic plate heat cracking problem.
The roller and roller carrier shaft using high quality alloy steel forging with long service life.
The external drum using high quality thermal insulation material plus stainless steel mask packaging, with favorable heat preservation performance and neat and beautiful appearance.
4. Vibrating screen
Specifically designed for asphalt mixing plant, the special vibrating screen can better meet the requirements.
The high wear-resisting screen mesh (65 mn) with longer service life and lower maintenance costs.
The optimal designed shield can effectively prevent the dust spillover and is more environmentally friendly.
Vibrating screen bearings adopt international brand (SFK or FAG)
Oil-immersed lubrication effectively reducing the bearing temperature, which increase the service life and decrease maintenance.
5. Electronic control system
industrial computer+PLC(Siemens ). Working under professional operating system, it is stable and reliable.
With global long-range detection and diagnosis function, it can help solve equipment system failure the first time.
Wth powerful storage and processing capacity, a variety of data can be processed in time and hundreds of gradation storageed.
With manual compensation and automatic compensation under measurement conditions.
6. Burner systerm
The specially designed heavy/light oil burner for asphalt mixing plant is efficient, with stable airflow control, fuel-efficient and power-saving.
Under the rated conditions, fuel consumption is less than 6.5kg/t (finished product )
With simple structure, convenient operation and separate operating system.
Heavy oil or light oil can be used. No need to replace any parts.
It adopts international standard accessories, with low maintenance costs.
7. Dust collecting systerm
Combined with primary gravity dust collecting and secondary baghouse dust collecting.
The baghouse dust collecting adopts high voltage pulse cleaning with less dust residue.
The bag is made of Dupont high efficiency dust filtering material, with low loss and long life.
The recycling dust can be reused and reduce environmental pollution.
Emission concentration is not more than 20mg/Nm3
8. Cold aggregate feeder system
The belt feeder adopts frequency control, automatic speed regulation according to the output and ratio.
The aggregate storage bin equipped with vibrating arch breaker.
Each hopper equipped with grid to shake out the large aggregates.
