1. Main feeding system | Convey feed from silo/ manpower hopper (outdoor) into each feeding line vice hopper (indoor) automatically. |
2. Pan feeding system | Convey feed from vice hopper into each feed pan automatically. The motor will start working and convey feed when sensor doesn't touch feed, the motor will stop working when sensor touchs feed. |
3. Nipple drinking system | Supply clean water to each drinking line steadily, the water will be out when chickens touch nipples. |
4. Ventilation system
| Control climate condition, 50'' fans will work with cooling pads to reduce indoor temperature, 36'' fans will work with air inlets to exchange air, to provide the most comfortable growth environment for different stage chickens, ensuring your chickens provide maximum production. |
5. Cooling pad system | When air goes through cooling pads, the heat will be taken down by the evaporation of water, so the air will be cooled before going into chicken farms. The ventilation fan——cooling pad combination way is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature of chicken farm in Summer. The application shows that, even in the hottest weather, the reasonable-installed ventilation fan——cooling pad system can control the indoor temperature at around 30 degrees Celsius, thus minimum the impact which may occur to the poultry. |
6. Environment control system | Control the indoor temperature by controlling ventilation fans, cooling pads, air inlets even heater automatically, also control the light, water and feeding. |

*Manuel control: Operater will check the pressure of chicken house, control the winches by hand until meet requirements;
*Automatic control: The T616 environment controller is connected to one static pressure sensor, air inlet windows will be on/off automatically by pressure.

7. Fogging system:
-The motor of main engine is of Taiwan brand, which has high-temperature automatic protection device and its water absorbing capacity is 20-38L/min;
-The Nylon tube are of imported brand, which can bear pressure about 30-90 KG, anti-corrosion;
-Instant cooling but not wet.
-Large flow, high pressure, good atomization, and corrosion resistance.
-Increase the humidity to the preset range according to the requirements-60 to 70 percent of the maximum relative humidity.
-Prevent the dust, reduce respiratory disease of livestock and poultry effectively.
-Disinfect with chickens.
8. Heating system:
Our heaters have several types, they consume different fuel, such as coal, diesel, gas, some use electricity, we also provide professional brooding heating tools for day old chicks—gas brooders.
9. Poultry slat floor system:
-100% PP raw material, plus patent recipe modified material, resist corrosion ,anti-oxidants, anti-inhibitor, anti-ultraviolet, insulation, high-duty and durable;
