1.Main feeding system:

2.Poultry feed pan system:

The system is mainly used to convey feed from the hopper into each feed pan automatically.

V-shaped bin with hopper;Bin volume:115L,Hopper volume:38L;Material:hot-dip galvanized sheet

2).Delivery pipe:

Diameter:45mm;Material:hot-dip galvanized steel

3).Auger:

imported from South Africa;feeding ability:450Kg/h

4).Feed pan:

Pan distance:4 pans/3 meter,3 pans/3 meter,and others;

Raising ability: 50-65 birds/pan

3.Nipple drinking system:

The system provides fresh water for broiler chickens, which is vital to the healthy growth of birds.

Water will flow out easily and accurately when the chickens touch the nipples, chickens can drink water from

360 degrees;

Components of nipple drinking system:

1)Waterline front system:

the starting point of the water source,usually installed in the operating room, comprises pressure regulating

valve,filter,water meter and doser.

2)Water pipe with nipple and drip cup:

Nipple:

a.anti-corrosion, 360 degrees touch;

b.high-quality plastic shell and stainless steel valve;

c.nipple distance:15 nipples/3 meter,12 nipples/3 meter;

g.raising ability:8-12 birds/nipple;

Drip cup:

One-arm design is more suitable for modern chicken farms.

3)Water end module components:

Made of transparent PVC material,the waterline and display tube can clearly observe the water level

and adjust the water pressure.

4)Suspension lifting device

4.Ventilation system:

The system mainly including two important components: ventilation fan and cooling pad.

The system is the most economical and effective way to reduce the temperature of shed, especially in summer. 

Ventilation fan:

This axial flow fan have two kinds,common fan and butterfly cone fan.

Cooling pad:

Our cooling pads have good quality,they adopt Finland pulp,Taiwan brand filter and glue, special substance is

used on the surface of pads to prevent algae, mineral and bacterial breeding.

We can send you with or without aluminium alloy frame according to your request.

Besides,our pads have different sizes.

5.Environment control system:

The system can set suitable climate situation according to different stage chicken raising requirement, through

control on/off of ventilation fans, cooling pads, heaters even air inlets to control chicken farm environment

automatically.

6. Fogging system:
