Aluminum Honeycomb Composite Plate

1.    Introduction

The panel’s main selection of high quality alloy sheet material is 3003H24 or 5052H24, the top sheet thickness of 0.8-1.5mm. The board select PVDF with paint roller or resistance to high temperature paint, bottom sheet thickness of 0.6-1.0mm Poly Ester roller board. The core material with hexagonal 3003H18 aluminum honeycomb core, aluminum foil thickness 0.04-0.08mm, cell size 4-8mm, the total thickness of 10-25mm.
