| 4. After we receive your payment, we will arrange the sample, it will take 3-7 days. |

| 6. When you receive our sample, pls advise us your comments. |
| 7. If our sample is OK or we amend the sample as per your comments, we will send you the PI and if everything is OK,you sign back and arrange 30% deposit, and we arrange the mass production. |
| 8. Then about one week before shipment, I will inform you to inform us the shipping agent agent and book the shipping space. |
| 9. After the goods on board, we will send you the documents of B/L copy, invoice and packing list and you arrange the balance payment. |
