Cleaning Methods used can be alley scrapers, flush systems, manually hosing down the mats, scraping with a rubber tire scraper on either a skid steer or a tractor. It must have a non-slip surface that provides exceptional traction, wet or dry, for your livestock.
It must provide adequate resiliency for proper cushioning of feet and legs.
It must be durable for a long and useful service life.
It must be robust and forgiving. Nobody will clean or maintain their flooring as they should 24/7. We know that and take it into consideration when formulating our rubber and monitoring our manufacturing processes. Other companies recommend different products for different parts of your operation. Then they tell you what you can or can’t, should or shouldn’t do on each variation. We don’t believe that is a practical solution so we make one type of mat that works exceptionally well in ALL applications. We know that there aren’t enough hours in the day for most managers and they need to get the job done right as efficiently as possible. They will not take the time to deal with inadequacies that are manufactured into a product if it takes more time to get the job done.

Installation General Guidelines:
•Do the barn floor preparation 1st
•Base material should be a ”? down or 3/8” minus
•Floor need to be leveled
Installation
•Measure your stalls
•Allow for enough rubber to extend out into doorways and thresholds
•Move the first mat into place
•Start along the back wall and work your way across and forward
•You need to get a tight fit in the doorways and other areas of high traffic
•Move the second mat in and interlock it to the first mat
•Measure from the female end of an interlocking tab on the mat over to the furthest point on the wall
•Take notice of any objects or protrusions that will need to be cut around
(waterers, posts, etc.)
•Mark your mat for cutting
•Measure your mat from the male end of an interlocking tab
•Use the White-Out pen to “sketch” your cuts out on the stall mat
•Place your “T” square along the line to be cut
•Score this line 3 to 5 times until you have cut over half way through the rubber
• Fold over the piece of the mat to make the final cut
•Install the rest of the mats
•Measure from the female end of an interlocking tab to the furthest point
