Q: Which outlook color as your support?
A: For Black and silver is the regular color. Or let us know the Pantone number you want, we can supply the special OEM services for you. The MOQ for other color is 50pcs.
Q: What kind of inspection you can provide?
A: Shining has multiple tests from material purchasing to finished products by different departments, like QA, QC, sales representative, to guarantee all signage players are in perfect condition before shipment. We also accept the inspection by the third party you appointed.
Q: What is your guarantee period?
A: Shining provides 1 (one) year quality guarantee for the products from your purchase date, except the human damage and force majeure factor. For a better maintenance, be sure that the players are using under normal circumstances (not more than 16 hours daily).
During the guarantee period, Shining will send the new replacement for free if it's because of hardware problem after we confirm, and cover the shipment fee for the replacement delivery, the buyer just need to cooperate to send the damage one back to our factory.
For the problem advertising machine, it shall be returned to factory for repairing. Shining will be responsible for expenses arising out of such reparation, including but not limited to the cost of new parts and shipment of products or parts from us to Buyer.
Beyond the guarantee period machine, Shining will provide maintenance service and technical support (Hardware and other possible charges, Shining will not bear the responsibility)

Overview of SHINING and LED Advertising Player:
As a leader in LCD advertising field, Shining research, design, develop, manufacture and sell in one line
to meet different requirements of advertising projects. With the cooperation of many experienced and
high-tech suppliers, shining has own developing team for the hardware and software upgrade of the
product, make our products more sensitive and flexible in the market. We are open to the market
requirements; any OEM & ODM orders are warmly welcome.
Shining has developed following products right now:
1. Standalone LCD ad players
All our models are suitable for standalone ad players; it plays the advertising contents automatically in a loop,
support CF/SD card and USB auto-copy functions. Scrolling message, timer, slideshow, play list, log function and
other functions are easily operated in standalone ad players.
2. Touch LCD ad players
There can be used for most of our current designs, Our ready design model SH-SW02BF can comply with the touch
screens from 12 inches to 47inches now. They are resistive touch panels for small sizes less than 22inch, and infrared
touch panels for bigger sizes. 99 touch points in 99 layers can be touch freely.
3. Wired network LCD ad players
All our models can make the network LCD ad players from 10.4inches to 52inches. Through the network server, it
can centralized manage thousand of LCD ad players at the same time, its fast transferring files, and cost for updating
is much cheaper than using manpower.
4. Wi-Fi network LCD ad players
Based on the structure constraints, our current models for WIFI network LCD ad player start from 15inches to
52inches. It can centralized manage thousands of LCD ad players at the same time, and all these LCD ad players can
roam in all over the world where there get the access of WIFI internet.
5. GPRS network LCD ad players
In contrast with the network LCD ad players, GPRS LCD ad players are independent with WAN/LAN internet, It
works only under GPRS network. Though the transferring speed is slower, it's much more convenient to use it
everywhere, as mobile phones are widely use in nowadays.
6. Different functions player boxes
Standalone player boxes, WIFI player boxes and wired network player boxes are supplied, especially for those who
already have the LCD TVs or Monitors, It greatly reduce their cost on advertising projects. All boxes are with VGA,
AV output to link with their current TV or monitor.
7. Extended functions for LCD ad player
As ESS chip has a super large extensions, our engineer developing different extended functions based on our
standalone LCD ad players. Ad player with RS232 port to connect with bar code scanner to use in shopping malls,
connect with alcohol tester to make the announcement, connect with PC to act as a monitor; with motion sensor to
control the sound or on/off screen, with buttons to play the appointed advertising contents. And more functions can
be developing based on clients' requirements.
