II. Uses:

It can be used for the bonding of structural parts of aircraft; used for plexiglass and polyester. With bonding, its performance is significantly improved; the glue can also be used for the bleed (glass fiber, polyester, carbon fiber) of various fabrics.
The room temperature curing adhesive prepared by CTBN and epoxy resin was used to bond aluminum and reached the highest bond strength after 72 hours. Peeling strength is 0.55Mpa, shear strength is 26.7Mpa at 90°C; CTBN modified epoxy resin is used to prepare electrical component packaging materials, and it can be cycled 200 times without cracks at -55.0~150°C, which improves the crack resistance; CTBN can also It is used as an adhesive for abrasives to make grinding wheels and cutting wheels. It has the characteristics of less adhesive, wear resistance, good polishing effect, and resistance to hot water and cutting coolant.
The viscosity of CTBN increases significantly with the increase of the nitrile group content in the molecular chain. The amount of additives (colorants, stabilizers, curing agents, fillers, etc.) during use depends on the viscosity. Viscosity is an important indicator of the performance. . The acrylonitrile content has a great influence on the processing properties and application of CTBN, and the introduction of acrylonitrile in the molecular chain increases the compatibility with phenolic resin and epoxy resin, and makes the bonding property, oil resistance and crack resistance. it has been improved. CTBN products have good aging resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent thermal stability, low temperature resistance and strong mechanical properties.
