 1) K-5312T is two-component, room cure silicone encapsulant.

 2) It become transparent elastomer after cured, water and moisture proof, good transparency, and yellow resistance.

3) Apply in deep-section potting and fixing in 6mm~2cm.

4) Good adhesion to metals and mostly plastics(epoxy resin, polycarbonate, nitrile rubber, epdm)

 Directions:

 

 

1. Measurement 

 

Fully mix component A before using, accurately weighing A part, and then put the Part B to mix with Par A by mix ratio. It can adjust by your own needs according to the specification.

 

2. Mixing

 

Put Part B in the bottle with Part A, evenly mix them immediately. And should tighten-sealed the Part B after using.

 

 3. Pouring

 

Put the mixed glue evenly into the product which need encapsulate immediately. 

 

4. Curing

 

The encapsulated components can be room cured, and it can put into next process after 10 to 24 hours full cure
