YJ Pu Glue is single-component polyurethane adhesive,it made by polymeric polyol and isocyanate polymerization within a certain temperature and time,combined with additives.for the flexible polyurethane foam pieces ,it has strong adhesive force, this adhesive production is to creat a range of densities of the flexible polyurethane foam.with a fast curing speed ,non-toxic ,easy operation, economical and passed by SGS.

1.Q:What’s the viscosity of the glue?
A:Normally , the viscosity of our glue is 400-600 mpas, other viscosity can be customized.
2. Q:This Glue is suit for which kind of rebond foam machine?
A:Our glue have different type. Can suit for different machine.It’s depend on the machine you use and the raw material you used.We have the glue just for the steam-heating machine ,and the one can both suit for the steam –heating one and the Normal Temperature machine.
3.Q:How many KG for one drum?
A:200kg (N/W) for the glue, and the drum is 18KG.So the G/W is 218 KG/Drum.
4.Q:Is you glue environmentally friendly?
A:Yes .And we got the SGS certificate.
5.Q:Delivery Time?
A:Around 7days later after receive the deposit.
6.Q:Payment Term?
A:T/T ,50%Deposite before production, Balance 50% right away after loading.
7.Q:MOQ?
A:one 20” GP container.(16Tons)
8 :Q:Can you provide samples?
A: Yes,we provide the samples free of charge,Customers just need to pay for the postage.
All of our Pu Re-bond Glue are directly from factory, packed by Drum, 200kg/drum,
For 20ft Container we can load 80 drums, total is 16000.
